Pete, or "Aunty" as he likes to be called, the guy on reception is such a lovely, lovely and friendly man. He's very welcoming and funny to banter with. He's forever running up and down the stairs cleaning and cleaning, asking if everything is OK. He's got fantastic customer skills. The sauna itself, is spotlessly clean and smells fresh. A good mixture of guys too. I always seem to have a great time there and come home with a smile on my face. Aunty always asks if I've had a good time. The answer is always yes !!
